There was two incident once with me and once with my brother we had Locha(a Surti snack like Khaman) with a hair inside
Both time we asked the owner to take care and he was ok with just replacing the serving
When i asked him to take care he was like ok ok
but when my brother complained he was like stuff like this happen and was not so happy about us complaining
