They have so many type of toys and sports accessories

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average variety of toys and a few sports gear. Mostly India and China made products. Don't expect quality of toys like you would in malls or large stores. I got what I needed, swimming glasses and floats for my kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V.bad behaviour of the owner himself.I bought an expensive game from this shop to gift but unfortunately tht Child has the same game so went to exchange it next day,we have not even open the game but they are not ready to exchange it.. v.rude behaviour and they are also exorbitant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re exorbitant! I bought a Yonex Badminton racket from Gora Gandhi priced 1290/- and the same racket (with better accessories) was priced 1000/- in Champion sports shop (Borivali). Gora Gandhi keeps a huge profit margin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheer arrogance.. never go to this place.. quality is not good but they charge a lot and if you want to return any toy after 3-4 days, if it is unused, they will not do it. Never buy from here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogance would be the perfect way to define my interaction of this place. If you want your self respect to be crushed, visit here and interact with an employee, Mr. Gulab. When i entered the store, he was having a verbal spat with another customer. on his face, this gentleman said, "Sir you are lying" when that person said i get the same thing in some other other shop for Rs. 100 cheaper. I thought, it might be one off case.. and ignored... thats the biggest blunder that i could have done. I was gazing thru different toys (i wanted something for my nephew for his birthday). I found a "foosketball". I asked its price. Mr. Gulab told me, Rs 2000 (thats what the MRP was). Like any other buyer, i logged in, on Amazon to check the price. It was 1750 there. I told him, with a smile, "Aarey Sir, its 250 Rs cheaper online, could i request some discount here". He SNATCHED the toy from my hand, said, "Then buy it online" and kept it at its place.
Result, i bought it online. Yes, i could not meet the birthday but Amazon delivered it the very next day.
The shop has toys, many toys and real good toys. I remember i bought my first videogame (when i was a kid) from this shop, and i remember the smiling face of the employee... and now this arrogance...
Please help me pass this feedback to the owner (who was not in the shop when all this happened).
