As usual the employees are not interested and the machine is not working.
Their internet is a Joke. My phone internet has better connection than this place. Ignorant employees always make excuses that "aaj chal nahi raha hai".
I curse the day I opened an account with post office.
Also they lack basic knowledge of their products.
Shame on you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed at the very centre of gorakhpur city. Good parking space. Needs lots of improvement. The staff should be more helpful. All other basic facilities are present here.

There are some mismanagement regarding Post Office Bank -
1- Staff leave their places in working hour without any reason.
2- So many agents enter from side of the queue & handover the passbooks to operator, instead of serving genuine customers standing in line,he served agents.
3- No facility of Internet Banking & Debit Card provided by this branch but India Post provide these services.
4- I am not getting transactional message of debit & credit on my number & asked regarding this on counter number 1,instead of solving my issue he said it's general.
As India Post doesn't charge for quarterly sms charges so pls don't expect better service regarding this.
Well it's a good place to open Savings Account,RD,FD,PPF etc.
Your every single Rupee deposited in Post office is safe rather than 5 lakhs in case of major Banks because you get Sovereign Guarantee from Government of India.

And one thing also notice when you spitting (thukna) in this post office ? ? give 500 as fine when see***.verg good look of this post office?... Addar card ? also make and correction☑ are doning. Overall this is good post office .. Thank ?you jai hind vandemataram ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to update my aadhar card but they told me to come in the morning at 9:30am to collect the form after that I can't get the form in the afternoon. So when I went the next day for the form at 9:35am, all the forms were gone and by all I mean 40 because they said that they can only update 40 aadhar cards in a day, to do more than that would be just impossible for them. I then went somewhere else and got my work done in 30 mins with no issue. The garden was nice except that I really believe that the service is horrible.
