I have cleared all the round and the manager also discussed about salary and greetings me that I got selected and told me that they will sent me the offer letter within two or three days but they didn't and when I asked this the HR told that They kept me on hold. It is very radicolus. You should do these things before giving promise to anyone. Have some manner we are software engineers not a machine. So before giving words to anyone please be sure from your site. Very poor management.

1. Incomplete Information
2. Incomplete Application
3. Incomplete commitment.
4. Insulting
if you are facing any issue you have to clear by-self, Seniors will not support due to insecure.
80% new employee leave company within 3 days. 10% employee work for solid reason and 10% employee work as a slave of seniors.
I will not to say don't join this company. join this company and get a unique experience.

The difference in the Time zone makes it even more difficult, but I have to praise the team at Goranga Tech, whose UK office always supported and understood my every requirement and their India development centre also had a very smooth and timely communication. When ever we had a point they developed and resolved it fairly quickly. Good Work very impressed.
