★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address has not changed since 35+ years which is a great thing. The staff is very friendly and informative. They provide any kind of information we require. The cylinder delivery boys are also very professional and adhere to all the company rules and regulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an Indane gas agency. Service is quick, staff are helpful and cordial. I had come here to transfer my gas connection from Punjab. It hardly took 15 min to complete the process, however you have to carry Aadhar card and local address proof xerox copies along with one passport size photo. There won't be any staff in office during lunch break and it will be in locked condition as shown in the picture. There are many xerox and net centres near by, so no need to worry even if you forgot to carry the required copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well , This is my worst experience with this agency.
1. Very delay delivery for Gas , if you order a gas today you will get the delivery after 3-4 days.
2. Irresponsibility behaviour to customer.
3. Re-usable of regulators. They will not replace the regulator if there is any issue with existing one rather they will replace with a older one.
4. Regulator quality is cheap , not sure if this is a manufacturing defect or if this agency is manipulating this as well.
5. No call will be responded , not even the Manager responds the call nor the staff.
4. Trust the ratings , we provide based on our experience. Well if your experience with this agency was good and if you have given rating as 3-5 then i am sure you will come across this again to give 1 rating. First time or new connection will get best service and that business tactics. After deal is done the real colours are out.
Note to the agency.
Sir/Madam , Please make sure your service to customer is top priority because a small mistake from your end may lead to unreversed situation to families.
Money should never me the matter , There are families depending of your services.
Ultimately , we too have the option to kick away your poor service to the families.
