★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair community center for parties like wedding functions. It's not as big as a farm house but moderately spacious. There is no parking structure available you have to park on road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for gathering of more than 500 pax as it has big hall as well as a open lawn. Although it is renovated, it is not kept maintained by govt agency Land and Building department, delhi government @Secretariat.
Hence, good place to organize party of 1-2hrs like birthday's celebration etc.
