★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed place. Typical govt place. I went there in July 2021, just after 2nd wave of COVID. People inside office were wearing mask however number of folks were so many you are almost touching each other. Forget about 6 ft distance. If any one have COVID, it is almost sure all folks inside will get infected. They should limit number folks who can be inside. Rest can be outside at parking lot or in the open area or come later when you have the appointment. I was most of the time outside. Please put two laters of masks. I see few folks were wearing mask bellow nose.
Btw there is EV charging station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a government office for registering properties and all things related to properties, and om the first floor they register the civil marriages. Place is maintained like any other state government office. You need to know someone to get your work done. If you come without any one, it will take some time to get the work done.
