The school attains its nomenclature as primary
school in the year 07-06-1955. The people
donated 5 bigha 4 vishwa lands for this noble
cause. The first student enrolled in the school
was Krishna Devi and the first teacher was Sh.
Bakshi Ram. The school was upgraded as middle
school on 01-04-1966. The school was further
upgraded in 16-02-1985 as govt. high school
Nalti. The school was awarded as Govt. Senior
Secondary School on 04-02-2004.
GSSS Nalti is situated on the bank of Seer khad.
The school is located in the rural area which is
45 k.m. far from Distt. Headquarter and 22 k.m.
away from tehsil Ghumarwin on the
Ghumarwin βBanoha-Ladraur road. G.S.S.S.
Nalti is one of the leading educational institute
in the distt. And it has brilliant record in the
various fields βacademic, sports, Scout & Guide,
cultural activities etc.
The school has started streams-science and
commerce form the year 2007 and vocational
education from the year of 2014. The school is
providing edu.in English/Hindi medium for the
students. Today more than 350 students of
surroundings areas are growing themselves for
the future life.
