i came with a puppy immediately need first aid, but had to wait till 10:00 am...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gov't hospital are provided free vaccination for dog.. but they are not provide any vaccine for dog.. why only rabbis vaccine is free..? And what about other vaccines if poor and middle class people can't pay charge for vaccination.. then govt hospitals provide free..
But this govt hospitals just of name..
.. too much disgusting..
