You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work. I think Govind Milk is the only company in India which has a perfect work and personal life balance. The people whom you work with are amazing out there. They are the definition of what a team is called. I have till date worked with 3 IT companies , I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof. Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive.

β β β β β Their products are really Healthy and wide ranged. Flavoured milk, butter milk and other milk products are really nice to have. Talking about the factory campus, its wide, clean and non-polluted. The smoke out from the factory is not very dangerous as this factory is located in a very tree density area.
