★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should work on their professionalism. Their attendant didn't have gloves when he came for a blood sample collection to my house and was 45 minutes late. The height of unprofessionalism was when he told me to write my name on the vial myself!!! He didn't even have a marker to do that.
To add to it was their process for an ECG. No female attendant, the machine was lying on the bed and the doctor didn't even bother to explain the process.
They should improve the quality of their services.
