U will find fresh vegetables,fruits and non veg shops also. Everything whatever u find in your kitchen is found here at reasonable prize.

You can get good options for fresh vegetables and good bargain for grains and pulses. Very crowded in evenings, but an old and traditional market which was basically started for BHEL employees who were locally residing in the township.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our go-to market for most of the groceries. It was much vibrant and busy back then. I still like the place. Although I may have a nostalgic bias.
Today its not that diverse in terms of types of shops. The 'mandi' being in BHEL township is not maintained anymore. I hope of everything BHEL, these 'mandis' are preserved for future generations to experience it.
