★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional doctors and staff, playing with cellphones and open gossips like they are on holidays .. Even lack of equipments in this hospital specially (fever Thermometer ) not available ..how the punjab government running these hospitals ..still leaving in 18th century

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude. They all are very arrogant and even they don't let the other person talk. Off course nobody would want to go there in case of sickness except poor people but you have to go there for documents like driving license etc. I don't think they justify taxpayers hard earned money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed to see the arrangements for vaccination. Spent few hours for our number, despite having token, we were at last and then refused as stock 'finished'. No-one bothered. While lower staff were cooperative, they looked helpless. The same happened again today. We were given token and when we reached there we were told there was no stock of covishield. There were many like us... disappointed, angry and feeling helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff , I went there to get my 3 month old baby vaccinated , first they were on strike and when next time I came they told me to go to Zirakpur dispensary as my area do not come under there territory , whereas I live just 300 metres from dispensary...
Strict action should be taken against them as they have their own made rules causing harassment to public
They are just like termites eating up govt money , infrastructure and causing people to suffer...

Location is easily noticeable. Parking doesn't seem much problem here.
There was not rush for vaccination and staff was cooperative.
