★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrves a zero star! The board at the entrance talks about resolution to plant as many trees as one can, but as you enter, the people in the office are sleeping on the floor or entertaining themselves on their gadgets. On further walking inside the nursery the caretaker is sleeping under the tree and is all lazy and tells- to take plants from here you need to first go to sector 19 and get a pass made. The officer inside is may be under the effect of some intoxication as he doesn't respond despite many bells and excuse me sir. After half an hour of wait, we leave frustated and irritated.
