β β β β β Polytechnic College is one of the oldest technical colleges the region. Institute are running 3 year of four Diploma courses namely Diploma in Electrical Engg. Mechanical Engg., Computer Science & Engg. and Cement Technology with intake capacity of 60 in each discipline. This institute is treated as pioneer institute in Technical Education in Vindhya region because this is the only Govt. institute in whole of Madhya Pradesh in which the three year Diploma course in Cement Technology is running.The college has its own campus sprawling over c. 51 acres of land. It has developed a well-furnished two-story academic building, consisting of c. 150,000 sq ft and a workshop of 38,000 sq ft. Besides, the college has in campus hostels for ladies and gents, a central library, central computing facilities, separate administrative block, admission cell, music club, parking place and play grounds, a high-tech seminar hall and an e-convention centre. The college has on roll teaching staff as per AICTE norms and almost equal number of technical, administrative and service supporting staff.Training and Placement Cell is the spring board for career development of students, their ultimate objective of pursuing technical education. Keeping in view this responsibility and importance, the College has a well-organized cell with vastly experienced and suitably competent personnel, and high grade infrastructure. The pre-placement training has become mandatory for students. The training part is taken care of by a dedicated wing of the Cell:
Continuing Education Cell which offers need-based training programmers and courses on modern technologies.

β β β β β This college is very good. The arrangement here is not very good but it is fine. But studies are done very well here. The teachers here are very good and knowledgeable. And they do their work honestly.
This college has four branches.
(1). Electrical
(ΰ₯¨). Mechanical
(ΰ₯©). Computer science
(ΰ₯ͺ). Cement Technology
There are labs and workshops of every branch. All the teachers here are very good. All teachers teach very well. All the teacher's behavior is very good. All teachers come to college on time.
All classes are held on time and daily. The best thing about this college is that ragging does not happen in this college.
There are also hostels for students. There are separate hostels for boys and separate hostels for girls.
But the hostel here is not in very good condition. But students live there.

β β β β β Management department who ever it may concern,are internally currupted with whole staff and they are missusing of their position.FOR EXAMPLE:-Fund which comes from government for maintainence of college and to develope the infrastructure of college,gardening,library,computer lab for practicals,are not available for students,they do not get study material in there library,practicals are never held in computer lab,and also the locality near by college,outsider peoples can easily visit in,and they do their stuff like gambling,drinking,drug addicts all bad things happen in college premisesbut staff never take action against them,all boundries of college are broken,huge truck can enter through college boundries,and even other vehicles,but higher officers dont care at all,they give bribe to inspection officer,and they are indirectly stoling the fund of govt college and riots of students.
