★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud agency. Nani is an a fraud persons. He will take the advance for 1 month and the registration fee 3k also , he send the attender for a weeks, after then that attender will run away and they will not pick up the phones.
And his Coordinaters also irresponsible persons they will not answer any customers call always. .In case they want money means they will call above 100 time in a day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded people, first they don't provide adequate information and take more money up front. Second the attendant they sent doesn't do most of the work. Management here is worst, when asked refund of extra money that was paid, I was told its just few thousand right, you can leave it. And the manager here changes his words every minute just to avoid refunding money. And this is expensive compared to other Nursing services. I strongly do not recommend to use this Nursing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE their service is a scam. My mother needed nursing home care so we agreed to pay 48,000 per month for a home nurse. They sent a village guy who has absolutely no training. Zero experience. He doesn't wear gloves, he has no clue to even connect drips/IV. Doesn't know to handle a patient. When you call the Sagar office they don't respond as we have already paid money. Don't fall for FAKE Reciews on Google. They are a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had prior experience of your service and it was terrible, however, with passing of years and with so much propoganda of how great you'll are on all media decided to try your services for home care again.
But a 5 min hold time and still on hold is not a great reintroduction!!! Do not believe anything could be different even after years, just maybe your PR to promote yourselves and exorbitant pricing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I held the staff back after begging and for his own safety. I hired another staff from a different agency. The owner called me only after days of payment was completed. He was not ready to refund service fees or the balance of 4 days. The staff however, has not received his payment for 52 days of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi we received a nursing care services from Gowri home nursing services they send one male nurse name is Mr Krishna he provided excellent care for my dad. The carer was very professional and polite in his attitude towards my dad during is service. I should give credit to the gowri home nursing services in Bangalore organization for training such carers and maintaining such high standards. I wish them a great future in helping patients and their families. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse we got for care is extremely good. No complaints on that. However the owners/directors are very inconsiderate. Very money minded. Extremely inflated charges. They charge almost twice than any other agency. Will be happy if they pay the nurses well. But not the case. I wish better sense prevails and be market competitive. End of the day it’s a service and depends on who delivers the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this agency. First staff was okay. He stole and drank on the job (but we had two staff at the time, so cannot be sure) so had to replace him. The next staff was excellent... The boy is a nursing student. Wanted to earn money for college fees. The boy worked with us for 45 days. He didn’t get paid a single penny. But promptly this agency collected money from me in advance every month. Agency was supposed to send replacement. For 15 days I followed up. No replacement was sent. Only false assurance. Now, I am left with no service and my money is gone. The caretaker has not got salary and he left - very sad.
