★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice behavior and service. I had purchased Exide battery last year from another dealer. It was not working, but my dealer did not have battery for replacement. Yesterday, I approached Mr. Goel and he readily helped me. He got the battery checked, then he got it charged. I collected it today(27-Aug-2020). He did not charge anything, though I offered. Many thanks for his help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goyal batrry is not interested to replace faulty battery of exide which is under warrenty they will make number of excuses to replace Also they generate wrong health report of battery. I cross check with Ashok batteries who also exide authorised dealer. . Exide customer care suggested to go Ashoka batteries for replace of under warranty battery.
