★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. If you don't go with their style they'll begin with first pushing the style onto you and then tell you they "don't care about your choice". Zero choices, zero ideas about trends, hiked prices. Absolutely no respect for customers.I come from a different city, there is a language barrier so I tried to explain as best as I could, but they were extremely impatient and hostile. Instead of focusing on the customer's choice they'll push their trends and designs and refuse to show you any styles if you don't nod along to their suggestions. Terrible customer service. Don't enter unless you have a mind to be treated with the utmost disregard. Their stock is outdated and has no variety. Everything you ask for is a No. Whoever the saleswoman was, either an employee or owner, has no decency, is unfortunately inequipped and under-educated for handling business, and lacks every etiquette to talk to a buyer. I am a woman travelling alone, shopping in a whole new city. This experience has left me feeling embarrassed and exhausted and doubtful that I might again encounter ill-mannered locals. It would be a surprise if someone ever comes out of their shop pleased and satisfied with their product quality.
