★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, they sold us a defected pice of cooler on 7-6-19. It gets defected 5 times in less than one month. If we are saying the material is cheap, and have manufacturing defaults but they are not listening us, not even replacing it with new one or giving our money back. Their statement is "electronic samaan kbhi bhi khrab hi skta hai ... " Kbhi bhi?!? Like seriously? Brand new Chez 1 mahine main 5 baar agr khraab ho toh customer apne paise vapas bhi nahi maag skta?
