One has to go through multiple channels before meeting the Dr.
Consultation charges are 100/-.
After getting done with that, one has to get their eyes tested with computerised machine .
After that , you will go through manual eye testing wherein your eye vision for spectacles will be finalised.
After that you get to see the Doctor where he guides you about your concern.
TIP:: If you already wear specs, don't forget to carry them along as it helps to find out whether there's a change in your vision or not.
