10 min wait seriously? Your assitant told Doc will be free in 5 mins, we waited for 20 mins,then this doc says 'Half an hour more' we asked your assistant said 5 mins, with full ego he said 'bahar waale assitant ko pata ni hota' same thing he did last weak, assistant said 10 mins we waited for 40 mins, we asked for refund, rather than appology, he said refund them.Doctor should be empathic towards pateints but this is immature and childish behaviour.
