★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 2 months and i want to share my own experience that first of all the worst behavior of landlord. She seems to be sweetest in the beginning but later she becomes a headache for us. When i was reciding here, regarding some rent issue she used to disrespect my father which was a rude gesture from her and even tried to insult me infront of roommates. Also she doesn't creates a cristal clear view on monthly electricity bills with us.
At last i would not suggest any girl to live here as a paying guest and get tortured.

Being in heart of city, it was essily accessible. Treasure island mall is at walking distance.
Really a great place to live in. You will make great memories here.
I wish it had a boys hostel too.;)

All the good reviews about this place is either written by girls under undue influence of the Landlady who pretend to be kind and friendly or by relatives/Neighbors of the Landlady.
My Sister stayed here for sometime. When she went there for the first time she told me that the Landlady seems to be a good person but later she came to know the true Color of owner.
Rooms are definitely very clean but heart and mind of Landlady is not. They charge unreasonable amount as rent and electricity bill. ( They will not provide you details about rent/bill at the beginning but you will come to know about these unreasonable charges associated with rent only when you will have already paid the advance ?)
You can get entire 1/2 bhk flat on the same amount of rent you will pay here for a single bed.
Apart from per bed rent they will charge you unreasonable amount for electricity without showing the actual electricity bill. They even charge for electricity bill of bathroom/kitchen from each person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location but abusive landlord... Doesn't care about the girls staying..too much noise and fighting... Con lady.... Good roommates but not a happy place to stay in... attached the household and can hear all the fights and noises at night...Does not refund the security even after the agreement issued... No privacy whatsoever..barges into the room anytime.... Acts caring in starting but in a month or so starts being aggressive.
Not a good experience staying.
