★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab service.We booked for 3 days Driver was lazy he took only two points to us and give everytime excuse that it is far. Driver name is Khel Raj(he told his name this). Please avoid to travel with this guy.He even not listening his own gozocabs people.At the end of trip we have to pay toll tax and parking charge.But this driver is so dishonest he gave us two three months old bill thanks god we noticed dates of bill.Our whole trip and money was spoiled because of these driver.Gozocabs please teach your driver at least that toll tax is different and state transportation tax is different thing.he was charging his 3 months before state transportation tax from us.cab number we travelled 2522.please avoid this driver.

Just a few minutes after ask for a quotation by website I got a call from them explaining me terms and conditions.
I booked my trip Pushkar to Jaipur departing at 3:00 am next day.
Driver arrived on time, the trip was smoothly and I got Jaipur in 2,5 hours.

Most unprofessional cab company. No responsibility, no accountability. Did not receive driver details an hour before, kept calling customer care with no one to answer, finally driver details were sent but a different cab and different driver came. Had to sit in the cab at safety risk and then driver kept haggling for some random charges for waiting, extra kms none of which should have been applicable. Driver didn't even know the destination. No apology mail or compensation. Another cab of ours got cancelled half an hour before start without any information.

That too after a long wait. He kept telling stories abt car broke down tire punctured etc. Had to sit in the cab at safety risk and then driver kept haggling for some random charges for waiting, extra kms none of which should have been applicable. The car was not sanitized. Driver didn't even put on mask. After arguing for a long time he wore a handkerchief. At last we got tired of fighting as he had to drive us a long journey ahead.

My driver slept during the journey and thankfully it came to my notice(I even have the video).
he said that company has allocated the job randomly as he already did one long Journey and didn't slept for 36 hours.
They will offer you 100-200 rs less price than other company but if you are concerned with safety, never go with this company.
Do not come into their trap as their sales team are really good in making sales but once the initial amount is taken , they will take for granted.
Check all the prices before booking. They will deduct the money of things like parking charges, extra toll taxes from your account if you are using credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab services. I have been a regular customer for this cab service and the quality has degraded over the period of time.
The Ac was not working even after mentioning it as the prime requirement and the driver was rude.
The prices were surged for no reason when you can get better deals else where. Never book this. Not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company provided me with an extremely negative experience. I booked a cab from Jaipur to Delhi (one-way), and I requested an Innova, but they assigned me to a random SUV category. On the day of departure, I received my car details within 2 hours and they sent me an Ertiga, which is not fit for our family members with one kid, but we don't have time to consider about anything else. This automobile had not been properly kept, was unsanitary, had a horrible odour, and the driver was a smoker, which had a negative impact on us, but we were on the verge of losing time.
