★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Independent houses, mostly neat and clean. Pollution free, friendly atmosphere. Most of the people's are good. But some of them are cheap type of dirty politicians. Engage in only own name and frame.
Colonizer is a nearly ?% honest person. Fulfilling his promises in time.
Houses are affordable and in compare with nearby colony are good.
But there is a problem of connecting road
Main problem is that Total area is coming into Greater Noida Development Authority. But Authority is not fulfilling any duty. How ever it is a good place to live in peace.
Don't purchase any thing from Sharma Kirana store in the garden. He is selling in black.
The future of the place is very bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father bought a plot here 5 years ago. There has been a lot of development around this area. This place is near to the rapid construction activities going in greater noida west.
Located just behind SKS world school, there are a lot of houses now in this area.
There is still development which is expected in this area and it will definitely be a good prospectus in the coming future.
