Unfortunately I happen to work here for a very short period (3-4 months). That's why I'm saved.... He said training for first 75 day and taught me nothing at all...until I asked what to do...He would give work, unnecessarily and made me get delayed in a wanted manner.. Although I'm a Engineering graduate he has no dignity of labour..where as the my other sirs,both of them were so nice and ready to help me and guide..unlike this man..who discouraged me saying that there is no value for what you do..I feel disheartened..as I am always a ready to learn person...but sickest part...he asks for a report..when I finish and show, he says did I ask you to do like this?? So much attitude,I have taken quite a time to work on report from morning to evening and by evening he says it's wrong..and zero value..if he is concerned so much then he could have directed me in the 1st place or can he check in between whether I was doing right or wrong or the way he wants..He won't either check, he yells in the evening.. This almost happens at least thrice a week or almost the week.the only relief is because of my other 2 Sirs,who are very helpful and I can't thank for the way helped me and guide me.there is suffering to whoever is working there and even for them.the boss is complete Sadist, commercial minded person. He doesn't even respect a woman or a girl.as far as I knw. He always tries to show bossism.and had me wait outside the office on the pavement more than couple of times..he won't inform if he was late. He could have called but he won't and made me wait for 40 min in the afternoon.this is how he treats a woman employee. That's where I lost it and thought I have killed my self and started to work myself trying to learn things and develop it, though I had better decent pay else where..but I thought I have committed to this company .but this boss is such a kind he would envy anyone if they are going to overcome him then he would try to suppress them, such a child like mind..he will cry on others who develop...or try to over take him..Zero competitive spirit.... When I asked him is this the way you make a girl stand, then he argued in rude manner saying that it's your fault not to see the texts... He such a person who disrespects even woman...this is where I lost..though he is a sadist, gives me work when I was about to leave...I even finished though it's getting late...that's what my work and that's the difference between him and I...He doesn't even respect others and my family, he tries to degrade them..but My Father is hard working person and works in Steel plant not like this person who is just in private sector and behaving like a Hitler.. He was such a cheap person as we agreed on salary,later when I asked how much I was getting he reduced it..telling I never said that amount as salary...he lied awfully in a shameless manner..I felt pity and when he behaves like a big boss ...he can't pay at least a 1000 Rs extra...I ever have chance I would really give it this person to change himself from this mindset as an encouragement... I wish he would only know if his wife or daughter is treated like me then he will realize... Actually I don't want his wife or a girl..to suffer like this.. wishing that is not all like me.. The employees do all the work he just sits on...all the credit is given to them..as they get blamed for his wrongs...they are skilled, they get clients...this man will close down soon as the other Sirs leave... Although it's private, you need not behave rude 24×7.. I could have taken it other level...make him stay at my mercy...but I leave it God to judge him and give set him... My sincere suggestions.. Don't work here... you'll lose your mind & Don't invest here... You'll lose yourself... I warn you to be careful...with your employees, especially with women....If you try to be hero and show guts unnecessarily I'll action will be severe, so that next time you will become mute...when people talk to you.. Owner has no professional ethics currently one 1 employee is working there and unfortunately ( he is an acquaintance) he has no chance. Last time there were 2 but pity he is stuck. The owner or MD who works is selfish who seeks consumer interest for granted. I don't know how his subordinates suffer,I had a friend who survived for 3 months not more than that. I suggest him to shut down and go else where... he will ditch people in to unrecoverable loss.... He blames others for his mistakes saying your fault. His study is good for nothing and you see any corporate PSYCHO boss he is one of the kind. I happen to come back safe without investing. Selfish Miser and not credible fellow the owner... please don't accept his job offers either . I say this out of situation that God has saved me. You will pay Mr.
