No hygiene at all. They reuse aprons for hair cutting, the guy doing the hair cutting didn't even wear the gloves. Infact there was some foul eatable smell in his hands. I had to specifically ask that guy for washing and sanitize hands. Overall a bad experience.
Avoid services that requires touching your face like shaving, massaging etc.
