One more important things is that if you buying a items by mistake it's not good or size is not fit on you that time clothes is waste because there is no exchanged options is there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people fool customers. None of the salesmen other than 1 guy know the price of any product. They even cheat by taking more money than required for the purchase the customer has made. If they have made any mistake they won't even correct instead do the same thing again. I suggest you all not go here of you don't wanna loose your money.

Bad experience with "Grace Hypermarket"
Worst hypermarket I even seen....
1. Impolite behaviour with the customers
2. Received expired products sometimes
3. Insanitary drinking water
4. Wrong (double) billing all the time
5. Home delivery delays all the time (distance from store almost 100 meters)
Today's incident (10 March 2022)
Disposited Rs.150 for regular water delivery and I purchased my own (it's new) water can
, Later they have replaced with the very very old water can when they come next time for water delivery they had rejected 3 times as it's a old can (which they have provided) so now they are not able to provide sanitised water cans. and when I am sharing the experience with them they have behaved very rudely.
So I have decided to raise complaint to #Consumer court @ Karnataka with the help of BBMP.
Note - ( stored all voice notes, videos and the photos along with the bills )
