★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some time, it's better to keep your ego within yourself..... as a head of any gram panchayat or any organization, she should maintain the ability to listen the voice of common people.... instead of this , if she shows her political power, then it is really harmful for parties overall image.....today, I face a really bad situation,.... I expect from her that she should listen to my words first and take any decisions..... May be for language barrier, we not understand our communication .... suddenly, I realized she is on other mood and show her political powers..... May be it's a total misunderstanding for both of us..... but, that matters should be closed by mutual conversation.... rather than that... she show her political power...... it's really unexpected from a political head or political leader........
