Service was very slow and the food was cold.
Even the managing staff was not listening to any requests or commands.
Even the plates werent available for buffet.
Seating capacity was so limited, even when the space was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a wedding here. It's Spacious and has good decorations. But the food is severely below average. Starters are fine but main course is just not edible. Also the bar counter had very limited liquor brands available, but I think that can be managed if you have a bigger budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Imperial Banquet is a nice banquet hall with good arrangements and quality staff. The only problem is its location and the round about just outside the entrance makes traffic a mess.
Food served here is quite good and tasty and catering services are also up to the mark. Overall a nice experience once inside the banquet hall.

Hall is godd size for around 200 to 250 pax.
Neet and clean.no average.
Staff is not so cooperative. Food quality is average in taste.
Starters are ok types.
Chat stalls quality wise below average.
Food in main course again ok types.
Sweet dish quality ok
But icecream they are serving
Is not actually icecream
That was frozen desserts local make.
That is very bad.

Parking is mess but Vallet is solution, has good clean and support staff.. food is good and tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banquet hall is quite lavish and it has beautiful interiors. It has three floors which includes lower ground, upper ground and first floor. The ambience was great and the halls are really big. The food was okayish, the Indian dishes were great and the snacks were amazing.
