However, If you are renting Flat above for misc activities...I will not recommend this place.
Cons
1. Shaddy staircase
2. Primeval Lift / unfit to use due to Health Hazard.
3. Cleanliness ( lots of spit marks).
4. Dangerous Locality at Night.
5. Maintenance issues.
