Grand Utsav in Rani Bagh is a cosy banquet for hosting medium scale gatherings. It can accommodate up to 160 people easily.
The hall can be easily located because it stands on the main road opposite M2K parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their for a function, I observed Look is good but If I talk about Food Tasteless,.
I visited some banquet halls in that west side of Delhi and I did realised their food are tasteless I don't know how they make food in marriages and other functions.
In terms of bad food I don't recommend.
Look wise not bad.
This is my personal experience.
