★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service!!! Highly materialistic and money minded people. Please avoid getting any services from this place. Me and my mom went for hair colour and nail extensions services. They first offered us discounts and nobody communicated that it includes the 18% GST. The owner refused to waive it off even on offering that i will not need the bill reciept and can also take cash from my end, but she refused to accept it.
My nail extensions have broken and the entire nail has come out twice!!! Not to forget she will charge extra from you for this service even if it’s only been 3 days after i got them done!
Absolutely blasphemous and pathetic place for beauty services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I availed three services from Affinity which are Global Hair Colour, Hair Smoothening and the Keratin Treatment. I am really very happy with the final output. I am so thankful to Lucky who was the stylist for giving me the results I wanted. There people are super nice. The services are amazing! Gonna recommend the salon for sure♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Abid was okay, he was quick to understand what i wanted with my beard and did good job. I am writing this review for my second visit, where i booked an appointment with Abid two hours prior for 2 PM and reached on time. He was busy with other client and i understand being a Sunday it happens. But then i observed he attended another and then another client and i was waiting till almost 3 PM to be attended. This was at par with my patience. Probably Abid is one their good ones but the attitude and professionalism is what i feel was lacking big time. The reception and Abid has some confusion about my appointment but i expect to be attended once he is made aware of but NOOOO, he continued with his another client. Finally, i have been attended by Akram and he was good. I like the Salon and other professionals there but Abid is so full of attitude which i feel is not required especially with the kind of job you are in (providing services to customers) and I am sure based on his attitude, it does not matter to him but he lost one customer today for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for first time 3-4 days ago, for my beauty & hair. Ms. Tina did a wonderful job on my face. Mr. Abid did an excellent job on my hair. These two people are awesome in there jobs and have full knowledge. Other staff members are also very good and polite. Salon is very very neat and clean. They take all the safety measures once you get in. Mr. Arif, the manager is very cooperative and when you talk to him to get positive vibes... Thank you Affinity express for being there as an excellent salon. Please come and visit them once.. you will also feel the same ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there for the very first time after finding some good reviews for Lucky, who is a hair stylist and expert in coloring. He did a commendable job, gave my hair a complete transformation. I am super happy with the service i received. Other staff members are very humble and polite, usually global highlighting takes 2-3 hrs but for me it took almost 5-6 hrs. due to my hair type but they guys stayed late and finished my work patiently and calmly. Must recommend to all the pretty women who want complete hair transformation. Lucky truly deserve this review from my end so here i am writing. Hoping my review will make things clear for upcoming walk in people who are seeking great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to surprise our mother and booked an appointment for her Hair Rebonding and pedicure and facial and to say the least we were surprised ourselves to see how amazing their work is! The manager Mr Jay was so polite and professional and helpful throughout. Work done by Abid, Vishal, and Shabina is PERFECT!
Highly recommended Salon and worth every penny.
