If you don't want to loose time and money don't visit this place. service they are providing is like a third class consultancy and finally they will give a big list of reputed companies that u r short listed all these are just false promises u vl come to know later. Stay away from cheaters/fraudsters like this SAVE TIME AND MONEY .Go directly to companies and attend walk ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rather have an option here to give negative rating. This idiotic sluggish company gives false recruitment advertisements to attract people and then either they forward to another consultancy after bizarre wait time or say no to you after longer wait times (I spent my entire half day almost 6hrs and finally said come next day).
Company stuff really act weirdly and pretend to be CEO of company.
Ansh is loyal and I felt I was talking to a person compared to their stuff robots.
Overall I'm not happy with this company and stuff. Shame on you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at Gratitude India. They said in house recruiting but no one was there to take interview. Just to put their company seal on the CV they took 1hrs, that too when I went & asked for interview. Staff @ gratitude will be in their own world.

Location: Very hard to locate as it is hidden inside a building.
Environment: A very small office and a little crowded.
Experience: The agents are helpful and very co operative.
Revisit: Never, I didn't like the behaviour of one of the agents.
Conclusion: A good job consultancy who are present throughout India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boys contacts girl candidates and text them even after years when they are not even seeking for job. Unprofessional chats and when you block them they will text you from different numbers. Be aware girls since it happen to few of my female friends who had been there years back for interview.

Company breaks the rule of basic pay. It's all about target. Only if you achieve target, you will be paid salary, else you will not be paid even basic salary too. Even if you achieve 50% or 80% of your target also, no salary will be paid unless100% target achieved. You need to fight/struglle every month with the team to get your basic salary that is promised in the offer letter.
Whereas, in all other companies, you will be paid basic salary for your work and target is set for incentives purpose.
Meanwhile, there are people who are working there and making good money by achieving more than the fixed target. Well, it's all about one's choice.
But the one who is career oriented will definitely not opt, since they have no job portals for sourcing. The only way of working/sourcing/recruiting is through creating FAKE Facebook IDs and fool people in philippines as you are also a filipino and chat with thrm in mobile. (No computer work, need to use your mobile only).
Even after all these you want to work, you must know Fake accounts will keep getting deleted/blocked by facebook. And the company has no solution for this. They don't bother what you do, if one fake account gets blocked by facebook, they will ask you to create 10 more fake accounts and work. At the end of the month, they want their targets to be achieved, else no SALARY (not even 1 rupee).
If in case, any wrong information I have given in the review, the company can let me know here. Other please stop giving fake good reviews, give only genuine and if you have worked in the organisation.
