I love traditional clothes especially Anarkali suits and this is what that brought me to Gravity Fashion. I am amazed with the collection and the price range they offer. A huge collection of beautiful suits is available that perfectly goes with any occasion. The dress that I bought is now very popular in my near and dear ones :) . I would highly recommend this to all those who are looking for perfect wedding & party dresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order no is 5052 I have paid US $ 250 on 7th sep 2017. Since then no reply of my email, unable to contact on phone nobody is picking phone. Till today no reply and don’t know when I will get my dress or money back. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 0 star if possible ... I placed an order for many items and paid in full in May 2018, almost 3 months later I have received nothing from them. At first they ignored me but after many calls and messages costing me further now they tell me to wait and wait. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are frauds!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will take your money and never send products. They will ignore your emails and calls then apologize for the delay but still not send anything to you. They are frauds! Beware don't give them any money!! Order placed in May lots of promises not even pictures of clothes in progress its a con... I lost my money don't lose yours!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Chitra. I have purchased 2 suits for my daughter. I send a couple of emails asking about when will Hiren complete working on my order. There was no response until the 3rd email. Hiren said they are shifting to a new server and some emails may have been lost. I was promised by Hiren that the suits will be shipped out by June 15th. So, on June 15th, I asked for tracking number and Hiren never responded me. I send 4 emails. We are in July and I still haven't gotten my order nor my emails responded. I am extremely disappointed. I am beginning to wonder if this is a legit business. If this new server thing was just an excuse.

Plenty of time to get things done right?
The lack of professionalism from both Hiren and Suresh is incredible. I get a WhatApp text from Suresh showing me fabrics, which was nice considering that it was cool to see the progress.
Once I noticed that the suit was delayed, I contacted Suresh via text to see if there was any update, but guess what, no responses. Their excuse for not responding "their office is closed because of an investigation." Last time I checked, you dont need an office to respond via WhatsApp.
Both these gentlemen are conmen who will take your money, make promises they cannot fulfill, and then ignore you. At the time of making this review, I have filed a credit card dispute since I have not gotten confirmation on a refund from either party.
I am extremely aggravated by the lack of communication on behalf of this business.
On top of this, I get married in 15 days with no suit since they never delivered the product in the time frame they promised. Now my wedding might be ruined and they do not care in the slightest to have expidited the process.
Do not toss your money here. It will cause more grief than going somewhere else and paying for peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most irresponsible people. This is not a business. Since day one, I have had problems with lack of communication with Suresh Nagar and Hiren Patel. They are only after money. They guaranteed numerous times to send bridal dress by a certain date and then the item was not delivered until AFTER my wedding.
Not only that, they never sent sample images of the working progress of the item which I asked over 10 times. Not to my surprise, the final product (aside from arriving after my wedding was completely flawed and not what I ordered.
Finally because of their irresponsible behavior, they asked me to send back the item so I could get a full refund. The item has been sent back via certified mail but NO REFUND received yet. And now they will not respond to calls or emails or facebook messages. Again, this is not a real business, only fraud and thief. Please do not purchase from them. They will take $1000 easily and not render service.
Update:
As soon as I posted the review above, Suresh Nagar immediately contacted me and apologized and requested that I take down the reviews from both websites. He assured me that I would be getting my refund and then bribed me with a $300 discount if I gave them another chance. I was foolish enough to give him the benefit of the doubt and removed my reviews. He also requested that I get whatsapp so that he can call me for free (I guess a $5 phone call is too much for them, yet losing $1000 on bridal wear has no value to him). It has now been yet another month and he has not returned any of my calls or emails. And of course no refund. As I mentioned previously, this is not a business. It is a scam and I would advise everyone to stay away and never purchase anything from them. You will 100% not be satisfied and lose all your money.
