Most of the 5 star reviews are fake or are from the owner's acquaintances/friends.
One of the worst experiences ever. I went there for getting my scratched windshield replaced and bumper repaint, but to my surprise, they gave me the wrong estimation and charged me extra (at last after all sweet talks, they will also not tell you that the proposed cost doesn't include labour and GST). I didn't bother to negotiate as I wasn't concerned about the money.
After finishing all the works, they delivered the car to me at night. When I checked my car, trust me, I was shocked. I would have done a better job than what they did.
1. The black spray paint was spread over other parts of my car.
2. The windshield had leaks and had glittering cracks already. The rubbers were coming outside. The poorest workmanship ever. Moreover, they also didn't care to return my car's Fastag.
3. I got my left front door handle (inside) changed, which already had scratches. Also, the gaps and sealant near the handle were completely visible due to poor workmanship.
Thankfully, I did not get any servicing or any engine work, otherwise, this unethical workshop would have turned my car into a scrap. I asked for a refund only for the windshield as it had cracks which they happily denied. I wish I had not paid before the car delivery. The owner even stopped picking up my calls as he came to know that I don't live in Raipur.
P.S.: Anyway, I will not compromise. I have decided to fight a legal battle against them by whatever means I can. I have already filed a complaint in the national consumer forum helpline. I will do whatever it takes to stop this workshop to fool other innocent customers.
