★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 2bhk in B Block start of this year and we are all set to move in. Really liked the coordination and transparent communication of all the staffs of GRC infra. Registration of our flat was also hassle free.Really thanks to Mr.Kiran from Sales team n Mrs Bhama from head office.:) Construction of the building is good, spacious and airy ventilation of all the flats. I really liked the greenery arround.

I am thinking play area is small.
Rain water is coming in carridor area. Hopefully this will resolve soon.

The staff had guided us at every step in the process. Very friendly, professional and committed staff. Special mention to Mr. Rajesh, who guided us from the beginning till end. Got the flat handover with the same quality as they promised. The property is well planned and executed. Got all the required amneties. Overall, the project lived up to its expectations and the builder M/s GRC Infra Pvt. Ltd. lived up to their reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Builder and his team is highly professional & always try to keep their promise. Even during the pandemic, they made sure flats were delivered to rhe customers. Construction quality looks good. Currently Locality is developing but seen lots of changes.
It's my first investment in Bangalore, GRC made my journey peaceful. Thank you Rajesh & Kiran helping me out in the process of owning the house.
Keep continuing the good work. All the best.
Cons:
Endless design flaws, No proper arrangement's for Ambulance, security CCTV and Fire Emergency.
They need cash for every penny things, that's disgusting. All black.
After sales experience is not too great. Lot of surprises after buying flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a flat in GRC SUBHIKSHA in their B Block. Even in such difficult times of Covid they have managed to keep a steady pace of construction. Being a 1st time home buyer their dedicated team of Mrs Bhama & Mr Rajesh guided us throughout the process from 1st visit till flat booking and completion of registration. Expecting an on time delivery in Aug’20 and same quality of work till possession. Property is placed in an ideal location for folks working near Sarjapur and Bellandur like me. With great schools(Amrita/Notre Dame) in walking distance i expect the area to further develop in 1-2 years. Only issue i saw was the approach road is not great for approx 500mts which should stop someone from visiting this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder uses very low quality materials. One of my friend bought a flat in his other project GRC Brundavan. He used obsolete brand electric switches in GRC brundavan. Very low quality doors, and locks were used. Frequently somebody gets locked in GRC Brundavan, even sometime small babies get locked in that apartment. So many cracks are appearing in that building though it is 5-6 years old only. I will give zero star for his quality in construction. So be careful buyers.

Being a 1st time home buyer their dedicated team of Mr Shiva guided us throughout the process from 1st visit till flat booking and helping out with Agreement, Loan process.. etc..Property is placed in an ideal location for folks working near Sarjapur , Bellandur and Electronic city. With great schools(Amrita/Notre Dame) in walking distance . Location still under development hope it will develop in another 1-2 Years...I would like to thank Shiva for his patience throughout the process he is always reachable for any doubts..
