Like how much extra copper wire company is giving, how many free service is included, what is the difference between 3 & 5 star etc. Promised for same day installation but never keep their words after selling the product.

I ordered 2 Panasonic air conditioner copper condenser but got delivered by Great Eastern Appliances aluminum condenser , when approached them regarding this issue they told that it will be replaced within a very short time . But it never happened. Soumik Tarafder the salesman is a cheater . Please don't fool people. We spend hard earned money to get fooled by these type of cheating institutions ... Be careful and be safe ... I shall never visit Great Cheaters Appliance again.....

Also the shop keeper is very polite and helpful. The location of the shop is also good. It is on G.T. Road and very near to Bhagar Singh More.
