★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. more than one week ago I have purchased a samsung ac from uttarpara branch they don't gave me the proper time delivery.every day they convince me & take the time from me.even the manager says that, they had nothing to do anything..My full payment was cleared on same day of purchase, every day they told me that tomorrow I will be definitely deliver the AC but they don't..is that a service to provide a customer?? Today is More than a week I don't have my product deliver yet..Fraud people & liar also..they playing with the customers MONEY.It is my experience from uttarpara great eastern.my sincerely request to all don't buy anything from uttarpara great eastern.. worst service & experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I not like the service yes it was previously good but now it become worst.The bajaj finance employees are sitting and make many confusions in customer minds and sell the product with offers but when people go there shop another time then the offers were not valid at that time.
Yes earliar it was good but now no I dont like there behaviour atall.
Even there is no facilities for water and sitting for old customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I bought an AC from this outlet and was promised that it will be delivered within a couple of days. But inspite of calling them on the date of delivery they kept on postponing siting one reason or the other. It took them three more days and that too after repeated chasing and pushing to finally deliver the product. Although they had assured to get it installed on the very date of delivery but their technician said that nothing of the manner was informed to him and installation will only be possible the next day. Moreover, their behaviour was inexplicably rude when we complained about our predicament. Everyone including the manager Abhay Yadav, the concerned person for Haier - Manashi Banik and the sales person Srijib Dhar were highly non cooperative when it came to delivering and meeting the customer queries. Seriously, didn't expect this from a retail chain like Great Eastern. I totally don't recommend from buying any product from the Uttarpara branch. They are extremely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a big showroom but with AC or a fan.... My shopping experience was horrible because i was sweating like anything., my son was feeling unwell as the shop was really really hot. Didn't expect such horrible experience from Great Eastern Uttarpara.
Have to drink ORS after reaching home. I asked for some water but water was also not cold.

To attract customers they promised some amazing market competitive price but in the time of booking everything changes and price gets increased by upto 10K!!!
Also, over phone, these people are real unprofessional, unsmart and arrogant!!! In today's world, you have to visit the shop in person every time... where there is no virtual or over phone assistance.. like you are visiting a government office same their attitudes are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience so far. I bought a Hitachi AC on 25th and was promised delivery on 3 days. However still not delivered and everyday i have to chase them and everyday i am getting the same response that it will be delivered today.
They were very prompt when it was about selling the product and after the payment was cleared it seems they dont even care.
I will definitely not buy anything again from Great Eastern Uttarpara.

Problem is they sold me the product without letting me know that it will take 3-4 days to ship. I was under the impression that I will take it with me right away.
The lady was more focused in making the sale. And made the shipment clear, sounded like it's not a big deal, that I will get it in 3-4 days!
The product finally arrived.
The box box was totally crushed the service man did a great job but the delivery personal were awful.
