Mr. Ranjit Store Manager is a great guy.
All the staff members behavior is very good.
Price of each item is less than online price and other store in Bhubaneswar.
Delivery ontime.
Service is best.
Billing details received in mobile no and mail also which is a very good feature.
If you think to purchase any appliances this place is a must satisfied place for all.
As a buyer I will suggest to come to this place and compare price before taking any decision.
From the last 5 years me, my friends and relatives are purchasing all their appliances from Great Eastern Patia store without facing any difficulty at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product they were providing totally damaged after that also when you put queries to solve this problem ,they don't respond properly , showing arrogance type attitude which is totally intolerance able,,the particularly the manager of great eastern Patia don't know how to behave with customers.The behaviour of the manager is very bad and abuses the customer after the delivery of damaged product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Hitachi Window AC from Great Eastern Patia which turned out to be faulty. After multiple round trips with Service center it was not addressed. I requested Dealer of Great Eastern Mr. Ranjeet and he listened to me patiently. Manager Manu was also explaining my suffering with the new AC.
Mr. Ranjeet paid personal attention to my cases and got my issue resolved in 2-3 days from service center. I was impressed by the service. Manager Manu has also sold me few other electronic gadgets before and he is quite impressive.
The store is very nice store with wide variety of collections to choose from, I would recommend 5 out of 5 for this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless store. Went to buy a refrigerator on Sunday, got the price and told them that shall come on Monday to finalize. On Monday the firm said that the price increased by almost 7000. Excuse is the price provided to me was by oversight. What a business dealing.

For a washing machine, Kept me waiting for one and half month and after that simply denied to deliver, without any apologies. He behaves like he is doing a favour to the customer.
