★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The approach, behaviour and the delivery is extremely bad. I have purchased an AC and a L.G. Microwave a few days back. They have delivered the products but have not installed it yet. They have taken the old microwave in replacement of the new one but haven't been bothered enough to install the new one. After repeated calling the LG technician and the authorities related, they have either dodged our calls or rather kept on bluffing about coming in a given time and later said they won't come. Also, I had tried contacting the salesman, Mr. Kumarjit, he has been extremely ignorant and has been dodging my calls since days. I have paid the complete amount. I am not getting these for free. If I had known about this, I wouldn't have preferred buying these in the first place from Great Eastern.
This is extremely bad attitude and something not appreciable at all.
I am extremely mad and dissatisfied by this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All types of home appliances like Television, washing machine, refrigerator music systems & are available at OT Road Inda stores. Cost of product are cheap compare to other stores. But there is lot of probems with the product. So check your product within 07 days otherwise they will not take any responsibility. You have to contanct the the customer care of your products.
