★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought Hitachi inverter AC from this shop on 16 march 2022 and got a defective product.
I got complained multiple time but they even not registered the complain to the service team.
Every time when i call to shop number, the responsible person on the call talking very disrespectfully and unprofessionally.
All over experience is like I bought a product from the shop there is zero management and zero customer value.
My worst decision to buy product from Great Eastern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not supportive after product sale. They are only concerned about their sale, not concerned with customer's issues after sales with product.
Adding comments after 3 months - They committed 10% cashback on using a credit card. I have received only 5%. Their team doesn't support on this as well. They don't even pick the calls. Better to buy any product from a brand shops, at least you get the instant cashback whatever is committed.
I wish I could rate them with negative. I would have rated minus 5.
