I've purchased a led from here and it was a great experience buying from here ,the staff here was quite good and services were good. Must visit to buy consumer electronics.

โ โ โ โ โ Services of Great Eastern Trading Co. MI Road Jaipur are extremely disappointing. I book a dish washer on 30th DEC 21 with the assurance that they will supply it within 7 days. They have not supplied it till 9th JAN 22. Now even store manager is telling that he can not supply it at least upto 20th JAN. He is pressuring that I should purchase a upper model from Great Eastern. He is demanding difference 6500 Rs. however on booking date he told the difference is only 3000 Rs. Store manager attend phone rarely. I purchased it due to corona wave. Behavior of sales man and store manager is highly disappointing.

โ โ โ โ โ I have purchase Daikin 1.5 Tonne Split Air Conditioners From Great Eastern, Tonk Road, Jaipur against Invoice no TRD/SA2122/06600 dated 24.03.2022, that was delivered to me on 28.03.2022.
Daikin Installation Team Came On 30.03.22 To Install Those Bought Air Conditioners. I was surprises to know that one of the Air Conditioner Was Defective As Explained To me by The Installation Team.
I asked the dealer & Daikin Supervisor to change the defective Air Conditioner but they refused bluntly and said that they will repair the same and install. It is very surprising that If These type Of Brands are doing these type of things than what to expect from others.

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic and really disappointed service. Don't attend calls of the customer always gives an excuse. I bought my refrigerator from them on Saturday (30th April) and delivery was promised on Monday and in worst case scenario by Tuesday (3rd May) by Dharmendra Singh Rathore. But till today ie Wednesday (4thMay) we haven't received it despite saying it was an emergency. Now Mr. Rathore is not attending our calls as well. My food is spoiled. Highly unproffesional attitude by store manager.
