★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning!!!!!!! Worst shop ever. Please do not visit. The ambiance is tempting inside the shop but they won't care anything after the product is sold. No warranty, nil customer service and very poor behaviour. Even if you compare with the market rate they charge 1k to 2k higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. They do not provide customer service after they sell any product. Zero after sale service. I brought ac but they did not install it, even after 1 week. Had to call 3rd party to install ac. Please do not visit. Prices are also much higher than other shops.

When customer visits the store they assure you the commitment of delivery and service but in reality when goods are sold, nothing matters to them. Also collection of washing machine and others electronics items are very few. They have no minimum courtesy to contact customers for late delivery. I wouldn't prefer to buy any product from this store in Near future.
