★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product, even though appearing to be reasonably priced, is of sub standard quality. Worst part is, the store owner Mr. Tarun refuses to provide any post sale service. Had a forgettable experience buying from this place, and we're stuck with a bad product. Our advice: avoid this store and store's owner completely, it's a place to loot.

Not at all happy with the experience with this so-, called "great indoors" , even after being made to visit them 4-5 times... It should be called "great from outside and fake from inside".
Folks, avoid this place.

My request was to help me with the creaking noise and uncomfortable movements of the chair.. this was within a month of purchase.. any decent store offers after sale service and that was all that I expected. Sadly, this simple request was turned down by Mr. Tarun and this needs to be reported widely so that people know this brand in its true colours before making a purchase and losing their hard earned money with sub standard products. Worst part is the dismissive and haughty attitude of Mr. Tarun. Really bad experience which I hope people avoid.
