Delivery every time delay, threats to costumers, after taking material
Two week delay and then delivery boy said we are not responsible to shift your material on any floor
Please dont take service by them disgusting

Guys I am sharing my experience with Vikas(the owner of the company) and Anup(so called the marketing manager).
Please do not take their services to pack and move. These guys are list concerned to reply or give you status of your itmes delivery once they have picked items from your location.
They picked my items on May 30th and I paid in full on June 1st till date my items are not delivered in Patna. Every time I call them they have never called me back and shouts when they do not have answer. It has been more than 5 days now and they have held items. Whenever I call them, they tell that "driver ka number deta hun" and the moment call is dropped they forget if they have to share driver's number.
I am really worrying about my items and horrified by their attitude and customer care behaviour.
Please choose IRCTC, the government will give you docket number but these people are disgusting.
I have called more than 20 times to both of them but have not got information for WHEREABOUT my items neither driver's contact number. On the top of this they lack business ethics.
PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THEM. STRICTLY NO NO.
They are not matured to be in this business, least concerned to share the status of delivery with you. It has been 7 days now.
