1. When i received my first order, the plants were healthy and the soil was good, i had no complaints. However when i received my second order, the plants themselves were fine but the soil was less than satisfactory and the pots had no drain holes and the soil was black clay. And as a new plant parent i trusted the company and let them grow in the same soil as i did with my first batch.
And the now the plants died within 10 days.
2. No standard of practises, sometimes the soil is good and sometimes its just clay. Sometimes the pots do have drain holes but sometimes they dont. So a standard of practise has to be adopted by the workers so we can be assured of the consistency.
3. I asked for further advise about the plants and my complaints on whatsapp, however i did not receive any response. If i have spent money on their mercandise i do expect to receive customer response to address my grievances.
