Parking space is to small
Planing of flat from outer side is good
From inner areas certain issues positioning of electrical switch board is above wash basin
Same in bathroom heater power point is bellow shower
You will need a RO+Uv water purifier since water hardness is too high
One lift one building and two staircase
Waiting time for lift is high
But overall good comparatively to other builder's
