Definitely, you will get the best deal here.( compared to all others nearby) i.e. amount, you are spending from your savings, for per sq feet is much reasonable considering all other facilities and/or amenities. Future expansion is expected to be much more sophisticated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Pune due to water shortage most of the places face water shortage, that cannot be a reason that society is bad, electricity : everywhere power cut occurs as power supply is not underground, before we judge that our society is bad, I would like to say that this is a very peaceful and nice society with all necessary amenities, with this budget we cannot get Mannat. Cleaniness happens each day and good security system , what else do we need, hospital is near, school is walking distance, IT and mall is 7 km...Let's try and praise what we have rather than finding the clause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dream new home?. Life with ups and downs. A beautiful securated society, with both pros and cons. Great building structure with nice location and peaceful atmosphere. Good construction provided with quality materials. Few of the amenities not working properly and and not been taken care.
Unbelievably very bad water supply for both drinking and usage. Water problems are worst in summer and winter too. While buying the property they will convey and promise all the things but after selling no one will
Solve the problems, after being called to builder and care taker, no one answers the phone call. Care taker never receives the call and after calling the builder, rather solving the problem will question about the time you have called.
Maintenance is not up to the mark. Builder has not yet managed to fulfill.
Think before moving out, very frequent water problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a newly constructed Apartment in Phursungi. Nice ambiance with enough space to roam around. Big parking space.
good management and educated people. Society has a garden, kid's play area.
Every wing has two lift and staircase.
Apartment equipped with all basic amenities.
But there is water supply problem. 24 hours water supply not available here.
