★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an inexpensive small Afgani food restaurant in South Delhi Opp Max Hospital, Saket. Ambiance wise it has an old rustic afgani look. When you enter on left side they have made a platform over which there is a long carpet which gives you a traditional feeling of the country where you can sit cross legged and dine. On the tight side there are strong wooden chairs and tables for those who would like to dine the usual way. I had ordered for chicken kebabs which came in 5 flat skewers of 5 pieces each ie.25 pieces. It was served with afgani bread which was a thick (about 1/2 to 1 inch thick roti or bread) & a small portion of onion mix salad and came free with the chicken skewers. The meal cost me ₹240 only. The quantity was slightly more for 1 person. The person at the counter appeared to be an afgani origin too. They seem to cater mostly for afgani , Arabs, uzbeki, etc clientele who visit the hospital for treatment . Though I did find some people from Africa too dining there. The place looks ok. But I found the lights a little less. I didn’t see any families dining there while I was having lunch. But they do food delivery in Malviya Nagar only. For those living farther away, they may place order on phone and go and pick up the items from the restaurant.

Today i went to Max hospital saket, and i found this GREEN LEAF RESTURANT in front of Max hospital, i ordered Specially Biryani by saying I want to have HINDUSTANI BIRYANI , they saif we have but what i receive was so unbelievable ,it was yellow not properly boiled Rice with unboiled chicken,
I called the waiter who was the chef also,
I told him sir i ordered Biryani, and this is not what i expect from you as per my order, they said sir this is the biryani which we prepare and according to him i never have any experience of ordering BIRYANI,
He start arguments with me,
No hygiene, save your time and save your money
Now its your choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't how I remember how Afghani food tasted like from other places I tried. Tried the combo in their menu, it had rice and kebabs. The kebabs were decent-ish, but the meat in the rice was mostly flavorless, and so was the rice. Seems overpriced for the (lack of) taste.
