★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst apartment with NO WATER. If you are planning to buy or rent a flat in Green Meadows, I would suggest you to buy bundles and bundles of toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment with good community. changed my rating after 3.5 years stay. No response for any tenant issues. No association. Higher maintenance without details shared with tenant.VERY bad roads.please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update- After 5 years of stay, it's still the same. Secretary has harrassed my family members and know no manners here. PETS ARE BANNED HERE AGAINST BBMP rules.
My review after 3 years of stay in this Apartment as a tenant (my owner is really sweet and supportive and he stays abroad).
My bad rating due to
1. Very poor or no association support. The owners formed the association and they form their own rules as and when required. If ask, they dont answer or respect the tenants.
2. Children and adults play cricket and other activities in the parking area and they damage the cars with scratches and bends. This issue is open for more than one year and nobody cares to resolve it.
3. There is no 24 hours power backup eventhough the maintenance is high and if questioned about the maintenance record they ask you to contact owner. Contacting owner every month is not a feasibilty.
4. Worst society I had ever lived.
Overall very poor choice to live in here as tenant. If you are a owner maybe you will be ok but still car issues are for all.
Dont even plan to be a tenant in here. Ill review my rating if things improve.
